But as often happens, you read the initial reports, then nothing ever happens regarding follow-up. Oh well, back to the old fashioned LiPo's (though I did find a new way to get back in the air a lot more quickly - I converted to the Dark Side and bought a Glow model - now turn around time is as long as it takes to fill the fuel tank).

Since I fly my electric sailplane in the middle of a clearing in the forest, lipos are out. I'm using A123 racing cells. EXCELLANT power and run times. But then again, once the plane gets up to 3-400', it's all it takes to get her to stop flying....
